    About Us

Assistant Vice President for Campus Facilities Larry Manganello oversees Campus Operations. The department is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, repair, and alteration of the college’s physical plant and safety. Campus Operations also serves as the college’s advocate at The City University of New York (CUNY) and The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) for capital projects on behalf of the College.

    Campus Operations is comprised of:

    Administration for Campus Operations

Frank Antonucci directs Administration for Campus Operations.

Administration prepares and monitors the annual budget, is responsible for all purchasing for Campus Operations, and handles the many administrative activities associated with the physical plant.

    Buildings and Grounds

James Boyle, Chief Administrative Superintendent, directs Buildings and Grounds.

The Buildings and Grounds team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all of Baruch College’s properties and Custodial Services. Eleven professional trades work to provide a safe and effective operation of the existing facilities to ensure a tolerant and stimulating educational environment.

Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management

James Kaznosky directs the Office of Environmental Health, Safety & Risk Management (EHSRM.)

The Office of Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management (EHSRM) strives to provide a healthy and safe environment at Baruch College through the entire College community’s cooperative efforts. This is accomplished through various initiatives and programs the office oversees using city, state, and federal regulations as guidelines on environmental and occupational health and safety issues.

    Facilities Planning, Design and Construction

Tom Gaimaro directs Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction.

Supported by the Construction Project Manager, Campus Architect, Interior Designer and Assistant Interior Designer, the department is responsible for the College’s planning, design and construction projects for space enhancements and renovations.  Facilities also prepares the annual capital plan that is submitted to CUNY, and manages the College’s space management program and signage.
