Jin Hyon Lee, Chief Administrative Superintendent of The Building and Grounds Department.

The Buildings and Grounds team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all of Baruch College’s properties and Custodial Services. Eleven professional trades work to provide a safe and effective operation of the existing facilities to ensure a tolerant and stimulating educational environment.

James Kaznosky directs the Office of Environmental Health, Safety & Risk Management (EHSRM.)

The Office of Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management (EHSRM) strives to provide a healthy and safe environment at Baruch College through the entire College community’s cooperative efforts. This is accomplished through various initiatives and programs the office oversees using city, state, and federal regulations as guidelines on environmental and occupational health and safety issues.

Tom Gaimaro directs Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction.

Supported by the Senior Construction Manager, Administrative Executive Coordinator, Assistant Interior Designer, and support staff, the department is responsible for the College’s planning, design and construction projects for space enhancements and renovations. Facilities also prepares the annual capital plan that is submitted to CUNY and manages the College’s space management program and signage.
