The Buildings and Grounds team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all of Baruch College’s properties and Custodial Services. Eleven professional trades work to provide a safe and effective operation of the existing facilities to ensure a tolerant and stimulating educational environment.

How Can We Help You?
- Submit Work Request
- For room temperature adjustments, or if you have a facility emergency during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm), please call the main office. Examples of facility emergencies include flooding, life safety hazards, power outage, leaks, elevator, and escalator problems.
- To report pest issues, please submit work requests in Archibus or call Buildings and Grounds to assist in submitting a request.
