Alcoholic Beverage Service
If you plan to serve beer, wine or cocktails at your event, your caterer must obtain a Special Event Permit from the New York State Liquor Authority and forward it to the Conference Center ten (10) business days prior to the event. Please note that this permit is different from the liquor license used at the caterer’s establishment. This permit must be visibly displayed on the bar at the event.
